How to suspend a contract?

To suspend your internet access service, visit private office under the "Subscriber" tab. To suspend the TV and/or telephone service, please send an application according to the sample set out in the link to the e-mail address [email protected] or attach the application to the request on the website datagroup.ua or call 0800 21 00 00.

How to order an additional "Fixed IP address" service?

To get a Fixed IP address, select the "My Services" tab in your Personal account and activate the service. The cost is UAH 60.00 (including VAT).

How to edit your contact details?

You can change your contact phone number and e-mail in your Personal account in the "My Contacts" section.

How to connect to services?

To connect to Datagroup’s services, fill in an application form via datagroup.ua under "Home". Or call 0800 21 00 00, and select voice menu number 1.

What information is needed to log in to your personal account?

There are two convenient ways to log in to your Personal account:

  • using a temporary password sent to a confirmed contact phone number;
  • using a login and password (the password can be recovered via e-mail or phone number; you can find out or recover the login by calling 0800 21 00 00 or the Datagroup Customer Service Centre.

How to change tariff plan?

To change a tariff plan you can private office. To do this, go to  tab "My Services", choose the section You are interested in and the required tariff for You, provided that Your account has sufficient amount to activate the selected package.
