In accordance with the requirements of Clause 3.3. of the Regulations on the quality of telecommunication services approved by NCCIR Decision dd. 04.15.2010 No. 174 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dd. 06.23.2010 No. 429/17724, and based on NCCIR Decision dd. 03.12.2019 № 581 "On the approval of the quality of telecommunication services indicators, the levels of which are subject to mandatory disclosure in 2021" DATAGROUP PJSC states (discloses) the following information on the quality of telecommunication services:

List of quality indicators for landline telephone communications

  1. The percentage of applications to connect end user equipment to the local telephony network, performed within the standard period of time.
  2. Percentage of working public phones.
  3. Percentage of applications regarding telecommunication network damage, performed within the standard period of time.
  4. Percentage of bills with feedback from subscribers regarding errors.
  5. Percentage of unsuccessful national long-distance calls.
  6. Percentage of unsuccessful local calls.
  7. Percentage of unsuccessful local calls to emergency services.
  8. Percentage of connections that meet the standards for the quality of voice data transfer and for evaluation methods regarding the automatic quality measurement method.
  9. Percentage of calls that meet the corresponding standards regarding response time for the operator's help-desk service.

List of quality indicators for internet access

  1. Percentage of applications regarding general data transfer network damage, performed within the standard period of time.
  2. Percentage of bills with feedback from subscribers regarding errors.
  3. Percentage of successful registrations in the network for internet access services.
  4. Percentage of registration denials in the network for internet access services.
  5. One-way data transfer delay time for internet access services.
