For the second year in a row, Iryna Kalinichenko is in the ranking of the best HR Directors of Ukraine. Under her management since 2018 the personnel department of Datagroup was dealing with the formation of the employer's brand, increasing the level of involvement and loyalty of staff, training, development and adaptation of the company's employees. Earlier in Datagroup Iryna was a head of the training and development department. The editorial office distinguished Iryna for the implementation of the distance learning project and the development of the DataHeart sports and charity project.
“Thanks to the coordinated work of the entire HR team, top management involvement, support for social initiatives of employees and distance learning opportunities, the company is developing a result-oriented corporate culture. At the same time, our employees are ambassadors of the company's brand, their initiatives and indifference help us to create a strong employer’s brand. This year, there are more than 150 participants in the list of nominees. The final ranking of the best HR directors was based on three assessments: readers' voting on the Delo.ua website (20%), the expert jury (60%) and the editorial board (20%). Experts evaluated candidates according to the following criteria: corporate culture (quality of internal communications); corporate association (quality of corporate educational programs of personnel training and development); CSR (quality of social HR programs, usefulness for society); innovation (innovative solutions in the field of personnel management).
The editorial board also evaluated the tools implemented by the companies during the quarantine. "The first challenge for human resources was to monitor the effectiveness of "remote" employees. Automated polls, bots, special groups in messengers are a thing of the past already. In order to retain valuable employees and increase the involvement of other employees, the most advanced companies switched toonline corporate events and parties, and top managers had lives for ordinary employees,” – said the editorial office of the business online portal Delo.ua.
