Audioconferencing

Our company provides its customers with the service of multiuser audioconferencing on the basis of Cirpack softswitch (SoftSwitch Class 5). The service is aimed at arrangement of meetings for employees of companies or workshops for contractors/users/learners.

Audioconferences may be accessed: from internal networks customers, by way of dialing a short number from PSTN, or by way of dialing a public number.

Key Features

The service is provided in following modes:

• With a conference master (lecturer, manager) — selective meeting mode
• Without a master — working conference mode
• Pre-planned conferences with previous emailing of invitations
• Without reservation
• Participant groups of up to 6 or up to 30 participants

• Choice between different payment types — according to the number of simultaneously participating persons

If agreed, the company also provides the following services:

• Recording and storage of multimedia files
• Recording of conferences and storage of recorded media files — saving on own servers’ resources
• Receipt of different reports (on conference duration, number of participants, etc.)
