Corporative networks

For customers having regional offices, branches, shops, storehouses, etc., both in Ukraine and abroad, Datagroup provides the service on arrangement of corporate data transfer networks.

Due to professional approach in arrangement of transport terrestrial network and its further development all over Ukraine, Datagroup provides to its customers a Service Level Agreement. The SLA specifies principles of channel operation, network recovery in case of damage of a single trunk section, 24 hours’ monitoring of our customers’ channel operability, and operability control of network equipment and client software applications.

Virtual Private LAN Services (VPLS), or Level 2 VPN, enable interconnection of distributed LANs into a single network. In this case, the carrier network is absolutely transparent and invisible for the client network, which allows arranging it as if the carrier network did not exist. In result, the customer is given a full control over its own network and its functioning.

The VPLS constitutes a basis on which a data transfer network for the customer may be arranged. In addition to such network arrangement, it is possible to provide a high-speed access to the services that are normally necessary for most customers.

For corporate customers, the company does not confine itself to arrangement and maintenance of terrestrial infrastructure — it also offers and arranges satellite networks based on VSAT technology. These solutions are especially demanded in hard-to-reach areas, as well as when arranging backup channels.
