In consideration of growing needs of Datagroup's customers the new Developing and implementation of the Project have been made in close cooperation with Octava Business Development Company contained in a structure of Octava Companies Group where Aleksander Kardakov is a President.
Datacenter capacity for customers equipment allocation amounts to 3 thousands units. Datacenter customers will be able to use in full all resources of the Datagroup’s own national DWDM network with current bandwidth capacity of 10 Gbits.
Some of Dategroup customers have already started to utilize services of the new Datacenter.
Total power of customer equipment that may be allocated in the new Datacenter — 200 kW. Furthermore, there is a possibility to increase electrical supply systems.
Electrical supply is provided under first category of special group – two independent input feeders, plus diesel generator system. Uninterrupted power supply system built under N+1 scheme. Two independent electrical supply lines ran from UPS system into each equipment closet.
In the Datacenter a zone cooling system are used with components being reserved under N+1 scheme.
Datacenter is equipped by automatic gas fire fighting enabling at breakneck speed to eliminate the fire hearth provided that it is completely safe for equipment.
All Datacenter engineering systems work is controlled monitoring system with technical support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Datacenter is under around-the-clock guard security with reliable access control system.
There is also a possibility of area rent in the Datacenter enabling customers to install their own equipment closets.

Colocation is a service of hosting telecommunication equipment of the Customer at the Operator’s technical site. The Customer’s equipment is placed in Datagroup’s Datacenter in 19″ racks. The following services can be delivered to the equipment:
- Internet access
- Data transfer channels
- PRI flows
- Conventional telephony
The service helps the customer to save on arrangement of:
- broadband dedicated communication channel to its resources;
- backup power supply;
- reservation of services delivered to the resources;
- special and climate systems;
- gas fire fighting system;
- and so on.
The Customer is offered with a possibility to place its equipment either separately or upon hiring whole racks. A partner program for companies generating IP traffic exists.
