Following the trend of full switch to the packet IP network, IP telephony is becoming the main priority in development of telephony services. For over one year already, Datagroup has been using the professional platform CIRPACK by Thomson Group. This is the Ukrainian first professional switch capable to provide any telephone services from a single platform, with total capability of up to 1 million subscribers. This technological solution will enable, on one part, to provide our customers with the service quality equal to the conventional analog and digital voice connection, and of the other part, to have a number of additional services, such as: video calling, multilateral audio- and videoconferencing, Call Forwarding, Call Transfer, Call PickUp, Line Supervision, Hold Tone, Waiting Tone, Ring Back Tone. On the basis of our VoIP technology, we can inter alia offer to our customers IP Centrex (virtual mini telephone exchange) services, which will enable them to save on purchase and maintenance of their own office voice station.
